Job Advertisement: MFL Teacher (Full-Time)
A mainstream school in Salisbury is currently seeking a qualified and passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their dynamic team from January 2025. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the school's commitment to providing high-quality education to its diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess MFL lessons (French, Spanish, or German) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Ensure a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for languages.
- Work closely with the department and other staff members to support student development and achievement.
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities and language events where applicable.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback to both students and parents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching MFL at secondary school level.
- A degree in French, Spanish, German, or a related subject is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire students.
- A genuine passion for languages and the ability to share that enthusiasm with students.
- Excellent organisational skills and a collaborative team player.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
