TEACHING PERSONNEL ARE SEEKING A QUALIFIED TEACHER OF HUMANITIES TO START A FULL TIME POSITION IN A HIGHLY REGARDED MAINSTREAM SECONDARY SCHOOL IN COVENTRY.

Location: Coventry

Hours: Full Time

Job Role: Teacher of Humanities (History, Geography and/or Religious Studies)

Pay Rate: To scale for all long term positions for fully qualified teachers

 

Ideal Candidate:

- Hold a UK qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent

- PGCE successfully completed

- Experience teaching humanities in a UK secondary school

- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills

- Ability to plan and mark engaging and dynamic humanities lessons

- Ability to differentiate lessons to suit the individual needs within the class

- Previous experience teaching and supporting students with special educational needs

- Confident teaching across all humanities subjects within the UK national curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
