Office Administrator

Salary: £90 - £95 Per day

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting experienced office staff to work in primary and secondary school offices as administrators.

Job Duties:

• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks in the school office
• Using Arbour system for data entry and record-keeping
• Handling phone calls, both making and receiving, in a professional manner
• Organising and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding and implementing safeguarding policies for children in education

Required Qualifications:

• Previous office administration experience
• Familiarity with Arbour software
• Confidence in telephone communication

Education:

A minimum of GCSE qualifications, including English and Maths

Experience:

Prior experience in an office environment, preferably within the education sector

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy office setting

Working Conditions:

• Temporary role based in school offices
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
• Fast-paced environment with varying tasks

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
