Maths Teacher – Sale (M33)

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to start in January. This is a full-time, temp tp perm role. The successful candidate will be delivering Maths lessons at in a specialist 11-19 provision school for pupils with SEN, which is part of an exceptional MAT. This role involves engaging with the National Curriculum expectations together with a secure knowledge of how to differentiate this for learning needs of all children.

Experience with SEN is highly desirable. All pupils have moderate or severe learning difficulties but many have additional needs such as autistic spectrum condition, social and emotional mental health and physical disabilities. All children have an EHCP. The school are seeking a candidate with additional CPD training specific to supporting pupils with SEN.

This school has small class sizes, ensuring that all pupils can reach their potential both academically and in terms of developing independence skills. The school are seeking a Teacher who is flexible, creative, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting young people with complex profiles.

Summary:

  • SEN secondary school based in Sale, easily accessible by bus, train or car.
  • PAYE on a weekly basis on Timesheets through Teaching Personnel (no umbrella company or agency fees).
  • Full-time role with a January start.
  • Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685) + SEN Allowance.
  • Registration with Teaching Personnel required.
  • Opportunity to move onto a school-based contract following a successful trial period.
