Teacher of Maths

MPS  (£31,650 - £49,084)

Required: ASAP or January 2025 

Contract: Full-time

The Role

  • Start Date: ASAP or January 2025
  • Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that enables all students to achieve their full potential.
  • Plan, mark, and assess work in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including participation in staff meetings and extracurricular activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A strong passion for Maths and the ability to deliver creative and inspiring lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of students.
  • Previous experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
