Salary: £28,385 – £41,782 per annum

About the Role:
As a Lecturer in Bricklaying, you will:
✔️ Deliver high-quality teaching across practical and theoretical sessions.
✔️ Support and mentor students to help them achieve their career goals.
✔️ Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring courses remain engaging and industry-relevant.
✔️ Work closely with industry professionals to maintain high standards and up-to-date teaching methods.

About You:
We are looking for a motivated and engaging professional with:
✅ Industry experience in Bricklaying/Construction.
✅ A Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying.
✅ A passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of tradespeople.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is eligible for levelling-up premium payments, allowing you to receive an additional payment of up to £6,000 per year after tax, separate from the teacher's pay.
