Job Vacancy: Quality Lead – Apprenticeship Programmes
Location: Cambridge, East of England
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Salary: £42,169 - £43,033 per annum

A leading further education provider in Cambridge is seeking a Quality Lead to oversee and enhance the delivery of apprenticeship programmes across Carpentry, Brickwork, and Maintenance Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on learner outcomes while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
About the role:
Working closely with the Work-Based Learning Manager, you will lead a team of assessors, ensuring apprenticeship programmes consistently exceed key performance indicators. You will monitor delivery quality, provide strategic interventions, and use data analysis to drive improvements.
About You:
- Experience: Proven background in quality assurance, ideally within a construction education setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate, support, and develop a high-performing team.
- Analytical Skills: Competent in data analysis and report writing to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaboration: Experienced in working with apprentices and employers to maximise achievement rates.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
