We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Burnley. This is a fantastic chance to make a positive impact within our Special Educational Needs (SEN) unit, where you will be supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Burnley
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to children with ASD, ensuring they have access to a rich and supportive learning environment. You will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans and help create a nurturing atmosphere that encourages each child's development.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children with ASD or other SEN needs
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Patience, empathy, and a positive, flexible approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
