Job Title: Full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:

• Supporting the teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons to KS2 students
• Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
• Providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional help
• Preparing and organising learning materials and resources
• Assessing students' progress and providing feedback to the teacher

Required Qualifications:

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
• Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
• A minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience:

• Prior experience working with primary school children

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Patience and empathy when working with students
