Location: Newcastle Under Lyme and surrounding areas
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay Rate: £87 - £100 per day (depending on bookings)

About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and group support, working closely with teachers to assist learning.
- Help students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Deliver structured interventions and contribute to lesson planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a school setting.
- A strong passion for supporting students with SEMH and additional needs.
- The ability to inspire and motivate pupils in alternative learning environments.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school settings across Staffordshire.
