The Role:

• Work as a Cover Supervisor, leading pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.

• Gain hands-on experience managing a classroom and developing behaviour management techniques.

• Support students with their learning and engagement while teachers are absent.

• Build strong professional relationships with school staff and students.

• Receive training and ongoing support to develop your skills in education.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in any subject and a passion for working with young people.

• Confidence, resilience, and adaptability in a classroom setting.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A desire to pursue a career in teaching or education.

• The ability to travel to schools in Salford, Bolton, and Bury.
