  • Promote Student Wellbeing: Act as a positive role model, providing pastoral care to students and encouraging their emotional and social development.

  • Monitor and Track Progress: Support teachers in monitoring students' progress and identifying areas where additional support is needed

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for candidates who are passionate about education and are eager to make a positive impact in the lives of students. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with young people in an empathetic and positive manner.

  • Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary based on experience.

  • The opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and professional development in a supportive school environment.

  • Ongoing support and mentoring from experienced teachers and senior staff.

  • The potential for a permanent contract from September 2025, offering a pathway to a long-term career in education.
