Job description

Are you passionate about giving children the best possible start to their school journey? We are working on behalf of a welcoming and nurturing primary school in the PR5 area to recruit a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant, starting September 2025.

About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity to support a child or small group of children who are not yet school-ready. The role will involve helping to build key early learning skills, supporting personal development, and nurturing a love for learning from day one.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working within an EYFS setting

  • A warm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners

  • Ability to adapt and respond to individual needs

  • A commitment to making a real difference to children’s early education

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Long-term placement from September 2025

  • Based in a supportive and friendly school in PR5

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
