Early Career Teachers (ECTs) Wanted – Fareham Area

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and development.
- Participate in staff training, meetings, and whole-school activities.
- Engage with parents and guardians to support student success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified ECT (or on track to receive QTS).
- A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
