Cover Supervisors Wanted in Salford – Full-Time and Flexible Opportunities Available! 

Are you a recent graduate eager to gain experience in education? Or are you looking for a rewarding role with flexibility?

We are seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching to gain hands-on experience in a school setting.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay engaged with pre-planned work.
  • Supporting students’ learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
  • Gaining experience in a variety of subjects and year groups.
  • Collaborating with school staff to support the day-to-day running of the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduates from any discipline (education-related degrees are a bonus).
  • Confident and proactive individuals with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for supporting young people and their education.
  • Availability for either full-time or flexible part-time roles.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
