About the Role:

• In the absence of the teacher, you will be responsible for managing classrooms, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• You will deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects and year groups.
• It will be your responsibility to maintain a positive learning environment and handle any classroom behaviour effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience working with young people in an educational or coaching setting is preferred but not essential.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work is essential.
• The successful candidate will have an Enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to obtain one.
