Are you looking to build on your experience working with young people in education?

Teaching Personnel are currently partnering with a number of schools across Bury and the surrounding areas who require passionate cover supervisors to start in September 2024.

Within this role, you will cover periods of staff absence and shortages by delivering pre-planned lessons to classes across KS3 and KS4. You will ensure that students remain focused on task through effective behaviour management techniques. As a cover supervisor, you will not be required to plan, mark or set targets and homework.  

It is not essential for you to have a subject specialism for this role, however you will have a passion for supporting students in education.

  • Flexible – work as much or as little as you wish.
  • Manage your own work diary.
  • Paid weekly, every Friday via PAYE
  • CPD training including ‘How to be a Cover Supervisor’.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on classroom experience whilst working within some of our supportive secondary schools.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
