Cover Supervisor

This role is perfect for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or unqualified teachers looking to broaden their classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Maintain classroom control, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• Support students of varying abilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
• Promote positive behaviour, following school policies and encouraging participation.
• Build leadership and classroom management skills, gaining valuable teaching experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required for this role.
