About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to lead lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared work in the absence of regular teachers. No teaching experience is required—just excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to adapt to new challenges. This role offers an excellent chance to develop leadership, classroom management, and organizational skills, all while gaining invaluable insights into the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Position Details:

  • Start date: January 2025.
  • Flexible working patterns: full-time and part-time options are available to suit your schedule.
  • Suitable for graduates from any degree background, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).
  • This position is open to UK residents only.
