The Role

Secondary schools in Basingstoke are seeking additional support staff to provide vital classroom coverage from January 2025. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 using pre-prepared materials.
  • Deliver the work set by the teacher to ensure students stay engaged in their learning.
  • Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Support students across a range of ages and abilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to gain experience in education and further their career in teaching.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Graduates with a passion for education.
  • Unqualified teachers eager to develop their skills.
  • Experienced LSAs or TAs looking to progress into teaching or cover supervision.
