Behavioural Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to work within our outstanding client secondary school based in Bury. This role is set to start in November 2023 on a full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Challenge and motivate students.
• Provide one-to-one interventions for students who have SEMH or challenging behaviour.
• Use appropriate behaviour management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Work alongside SENCO to ensure the wellbeing and academic progress of students.

This is an excellent opportunity for a behavioural practitioner to build on experience working within a school environment and continue professional development within a supportive school.

Key Highlights:

• £1540 - £1800 per month, dependent on relevant experience and qualifications.
• Paid weekly, every Friday.
• November 2023 start.
