Behaviour Support 1-to-1
Location: Bridgend CF35
Pay: From £12.90 per hour / £83.85 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
We are partnering with a local behavioural support provision to recruit sports and psychology graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in an educational setting. This role is ideal for those with a passion for helping young people develop academically, socially, and personally.
As a positive role model, you’ll play a vital part in shaping pupils' attitudes toward learning and self-growth. The school actively integrates sports into free time and lessons to help students build focus and confidence. While the school has limited on-site sports facilities, you’ll need to be reliable and confident leading off-site activities to promote independence and engagement within the local community.
What You’ll Need:
- A background in sports or psychology.
- Additional courses or training in behaviour (advantageous but not essential).
- An Enhanced DBS (we can assist with your application).
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
