We are looking for a dedicated and caring ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Learning Support Worker to work closely with students who require additional support in their learning journey. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a child’s future, boost their confidence, and provide them with the tools they need to succeed both academically and personally. ✨

About the Role:

As an ALN Learning Support Worker, you will work alongside our schools experienced team of teachers and support staff to provide one-on-one and small group support. You’ll help students with a range of needs, including those with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, or physical and emotional challenges.

Your role will involve:

• Assisting students with their individual learning plans
• Providing support in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
• Helping students build confidence and independence
• Collaborating with teachers and parents to track progress and adapt support
