Job Duties:

• Provide 1:1 functional skills tutoring to students
• Create tailored lesson plans to meet individual learning needs
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their learning goals
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Qualifications:

• Relevant teaching qualification
• DBS certification
• Experience in delivering functional skills education

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
• Strong organisational skills
