We are currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable GCSE Tutor to join our team and help guide students towards achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored tutoring sessions to GCSE students across a range of subjects.
- Help students prepare for their exams by focusing on key areas for improvement.
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that meet individual learning needs.
- Track students' progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they are on track to meet their academic targets.
- Motivate and inspire students, helping them build confidence in their abilities.
- Assist with exam techniques, revision strategies, and time management skills.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in tutoring GCSE students or teaching at the GCSE level.
- Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum in one or more subjects (Maths, English, Science, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- A patient and supportive approach to teaching.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
- A degree in a relevant subject (preferred but not essential).
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
