At Teaching Personnel, we’re searching for dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants, supporting children and young people facing emotional regulation challenges, often as a result of trauma.

Key Role Highlights

  • Personalized Attention: Work with small class sizes of 8–10 pupils, allowing you to build meaningful connections.
  • No Teaching Qualifications Needed: Prior classroom experience isn’t required, but experience managing challenging behaviors is essential.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–3:30 PM).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
