The Role:

• Supporting students in both primary and secondary settings.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students.
• Helping pupils with special educational needs (SEN) to access learning.
• Flexible opportunities for those open to cover supervisor work, delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working with children and young people.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
