Are you ready to make a real impact?
At  Teaching Personnel we inspire, we empower, and we create magic. If you’re the kind of person who believes every child has a spark waiting to be ignited, we want to be part of your journey.

We’re searching for someone who’s ready to jump into the adventure of learning, creativity, and growth. Someone who can make pupils light up with excitement and help them overcome challenges in fun, surprising ways. This is more than a job – it’s about shaping lives and having fun while you do it.

What’s the Role?
As a Teaching Assistant, you won’t be stuck at a desk doing the same thing every day. You’ll be out there, making learning exciting, connecting with students, and helping them unlock their potential. Whether you’re guiding a group in a hands-on project, giving that extra boost to a student who needs it, or bringing your own ideas into the mix – your role will be dynamic, meaningful, and never boring.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Bringing the Fun to Learning – Help turn every lesson into an adventure, using creativity and hands-on activities to make even the trickiest topics exciting.
  • Becoming a Student’s Hero – Support children who need that extra bit of encouragement, whether it’s academic help or emotional support.
  • Building Connections – Work side by side with amazing teachers to make sure every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
  • Supporting Growth – Watch students develop not just academically, but as individuals, gaining confidence and self-belief with every milestone.
  • Turning Challenges into Triumphs – Help students navigate obstacles, turning moments of struggle into moments of success.

What We Offer You:

  • A Creative, Empowering Environment – We thrive on new ideas, fun challenges, and lots of laughter. You’ll have a chance to shape the learning experience and grow alongside the kids.
  • Endless Opportunities for Growth – Whether you want to develop your career in education or just find a role where you truly make a difference, we’ve got your back with training, support, and room to grow.
  • Flexibility That Fits Your Life – Whether you want to go full-time or part-time, we’ll work with you to find the right balance.
  • A Team Like No Other – You’ll have access to a close-knit group of consultants who will do their best to find you work that is ideal for you.

What You Need:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
  • Experience in a childcare setting is ideal but not essential
  • A creative spark that helps bring learning to life in unique ways.
  • The ability to laugh and stay positive, even when things get tough.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with an amazing team.
  • A heart big enough to care for every child and a sense of humour to match.
