Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Primary School
Location: Swansea Area
Position: Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available
Salary: £89.38
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development?
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our partnering primary schools. As an LSA, you will work across all key stages, providing vital support to teachers and students in a variety of classroom settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities across all key stages.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, particularly those with additional needs.
- Assist in preparing resources and materials for lessons.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement in learning activities.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience working with children (desirable). Can be personal or professional
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping children achieve their potential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Must have own transport and be able to travel within the Swansea area.
