Position: Classroom Assistant

Age: Reception Class (Foundation Phase)

Start date: 12th April 2021

Finish dates: End of Academic Year

Contract: Full time (Mon-Fri)

Location: Swansea

Sector: Welsh Medium Primary School

Required: To communicate confidently through the medium of Welsh

Desirable: Previous Experience with Tric a Chlic

Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a Classroom Assistant for a role that is to start after the Easter holidays, week beginning 12th April. The role is based within a Welsh Medium Primary School in Swansea Council within the Foundation Phase.

The school would like to accept a candidate with previous experience assisting in the Foundation Phase, but it is not necessary.

To be considered for the post, you will need to ensure that you:

- owns a 'CHILD ONLY' DBS;

- registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC);

- can provide details for two professional references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
