Teaching Personnel are working with a fantastic SEN school in Crowborough that caters to primary, secondary, and post-16 students, and we want you to be part of our excellent team starting this September!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with a range of needs including autism, severe learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, and communication difficulties
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students in developing their social and communication skills
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a genuine passion for working with children and young people
- Resilient and adaptable with the ability to handle challenging behaviour in a calm and constructive manner
- Reliable team players who can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
