The Role:
- Location: East Sussex (Various locations)

- Age Groups: Primary and Secondary
- Start Date: Immediate start

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
- Assist in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Help pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
- Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons tailored to the needs of individual pupils
- Foster positive relationships and encourage student participation
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in supporting children or young people with SEN is highly desirable but not essential—passion and a willingness to learn are just as important!
- Adaptability: The ability to work with a range of students with different needs, adapting your approach to each individual
- Positive Attitude: A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
