Teaching Assistant – Secondary School in Bury

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? A secondary school in Bury is looking for a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role:

• Providing classroom support to students and assisting teachers in delivering lessons
• Working with small groups or one-to-one with students who need additional help
• Supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We Need from You:

• Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, or similar roles)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting students
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two professional references covering the last two years
