Full-Time, Long-Term Role

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated Teacher of English to join a secondary school in Farnborough starting in January 2025. This full-time, longer-term position is a fantastic opportunity to help shape students’ understanding and appreciation of English language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English across Key Stage 3 and 4, adapting lessons to meet the needs of diverse student abilities.
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons to foster a love for reading, writing, and analysis.
  • Support student development through consistent feedback and tailored support.

  • ECTs qualifying this year and unqualified teachers are welcome to apply.
  • Passionate about English, with excellent classroom management skills and a drive to make learning accessible for all students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
