Supply Teacher (Secondary Schools) – Ashtead
Location: Ashtead, Surrey
Salary: £130 - £150 per day
Contract Type: Daily Supply
About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and reliable Supply Teachers to support secondary schools in the Ashtead area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a range of schools, providing flexible teaching solutions while maintaining a high standard of education for students.
As a Supply Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring students continue to receive excellent education in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in secondary school classrooms across a range of subjects.
- Ensure effective classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.
- Adapt to different schools and teaching environments with ease.
- Support student engagement and academic progress during your time in the classroom.
- Follow school policies and adhere to safeguarding regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience in teaching secondary students is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments quickly.
- A passion for supporting students’ learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
