- Experience or an interest in working with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour is highly advantageous, but not essential.
- A calm, empathetic, and patient approach with the ability to build trusting relationships with students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for helping young people succeed and thrive.
What We Offer:
- Flexible working hours – full-time or part-time roles available (3-5 days per week), with the opportunity to adjust hours based on your availability.
- Training and professional development – we provide ongoing training to enhance your skills in SEND and teaching support.
- A welcoming and supportive school environment – you will be part of a team that is committed to creating a positive impact on students’ lives.
- Opportunities to develop your career – this role is ideal for someone looking to gain more experience in education or transition from a support worker background into a school setting.
If you are passionate about supporting young people with SEND and want to be part of a school that values your contributions, we would love to hear from you. Join us in making a real difference and helping our students achieve their full potential!
