This role is for you!

We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher who has experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. We are looking for a Supply Teacher who can cover PPA sessions, staff absences, short-term courses and many other absences! We can offer you pre-booked work that works alongside your current schedule.

Pay: £110 - £140 per day

Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm

Days: You choose!

Start: Tuesday 22nd April 2025

Your responsibilities:

-          Cover classes, following the National Curriculum and school’s schemes of work.

-          Deliver high quality lessons which engage children and make a positive impact to their development.

-          Work closely with Teaching Assistants, building relationships as quickly as possible.

-          Built positive relationships with children.

-          Setting clear boundaries, so that children know your expectations.

-          Work alongside school’s policies and procedures.

-          Report back to the Class Teacher about children’s progress in learning.

-          Identify any learning gaps and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of the children.

-          Support children academically, as well as supporting their SEMH (social, emotional and mental health)

-          Promote a positive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

-          Experience teaching alongside the National Curriculum or Early Years Framework.

-          Qualified Teaching Status.

-          Experience teaching Primary School aged children.

-          Enhanced DBS on the update service.

-          Excellent understanding of Safeguarding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
