SEN Teaching Assistant – Stretford (M32)

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a PMLD class in a SEN school in Stretford.

The successful candidate would be working within a small class, encouraging individual progress in pupils’ social, emotional and academic development. Some personal care is required with this role, depending on the needs of specific children.

Teaching Assistants must be capable of following school-wide policies and schemes, alongside individual Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs). Safeguarding training is available through Teaching Personnel.

This role begins in January. It is a temp to perm role, meaning the successful candidate may be placed on a school contract after a successful trial period.

• SEN School in Streford (M32), easily accessible by bus, train or car.
• £83.85+ per day through PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees) paid weekly.
• Full-time role Monday-Friday paid on a timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel until the end of the academic year.
• Temp to perm role with a PMLD class.
• Opportunity to work closely with pupils with SEN, making a real difference. 
• January start following registration with Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
