We're Hiring: SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our school team and provide vital support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.).
• Assist in the planning and delivery of individualized learning activities.
• Help students with social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Support teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and updates as necessary.
• Assist with personal care and other needs as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is an advantage but not essential.
• A patient, caring, and empathetic approach to supporting children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Adaptability to meet the individual needs of each student.
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference in children's lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
