We're Hiring: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated and caring Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team and help make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and more.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored lesson plans and activities to support each student's individual learning needs.
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral development, promoting positive engagement in the classroom.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Assist with personal care and any additional needs where required.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred but not essential).
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- An understanding of the importance of creating an inclusive environment.
- A genuine desire to help students succeed and build their confidence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
