Job description

SEN Tutor Wanted – Join Teaching Personnel!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated educator with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is looking for an SEN Tutor to support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their full potential.

Role Overview:

  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and SEMH needs.
  • Adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles and needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work one-to-one or in small groups, ensuring personalised learning support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN students in an educational or tutoring setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, or other core subjects.
  • A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
  • Relevant qualifications in teaching or SEN (desirable but not essential).

Pay & Benefits:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
