SEN Teacher - Croydon (Outer London Pay Scale)
Teaching Personnel's PWR team are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and empathetic SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school community in Croydon. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students with diverse needs, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs), providing tailored support, and collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies.
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) that are tailored to the specific needs of each student.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual learning styles.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to support their development.
- Contribute to the development of the school's SEN provision and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Provide training and support to other staff members on SEN best practices.
- Implement and maintain effective communication with all stake holders.
- Participate in relevant professional development opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
