Primary Teacher - Guarantee Work Scheme
Location: East of England, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough
Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £33,000 - £48,000 Per annum

Job Duties:
The primary teacher is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. They must effectively manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment for students. Primary teachers also assess student progress, provide feedback to parents, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) are essential for this role.
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field is required to become a primary teacher.
Experience:
Prior experience in teaching primary school students is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate should have strong behaviour management skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capability to effectively plan engaging lessons.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any additional certifications or training related to primary education would be advantageous.
Working Conditions:
The role will take place in a school setting, following the academic calendar and school hours. They may be required to attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
