SEN Learning Mentor – Full-Time in Exeter

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and fostering an inclusive learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join our partner school in Exeter. This full-time position offers the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for travel).
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
A strong commitment to helping SEN students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized support to SEN students, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to create and implement tailored learning plans.
Assist with behavior management, confidence-building, and developing interpersonal skills.
Maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
