Science Teacher Wanted for SEN School in Christchurch!

Are you a passionate Science teacher looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity? We are working with a fantastic SEN school based in Christchurch that supports pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. They are seeking a full-time Science Teacher to join their team until the end of the academic year.

Position Details:

  • Role: Full-Time Science Teacher

  • Location: Christchurch, Dorset

  • Start Date: Immediate

  • End Date: Until the end of the academic year

  • Specialism: Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Science teacher with experience in teaching at secondary level (KS3 and KS4)

  • Experience or understanding of working with students with SEMH is highly desirable

  • A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons to suit individual needs

  • A caring, patient, and positive attitude towards students

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, working alongside a supportive staff team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
