  • Acting as a role model and mentor, providing academic and pastoral support to students where necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of the secondary school science curriculum.

  • A passion for science education, with the ability to inspire and engage students.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

  • A patient and adaptable approach to supporting students with different learning needs.

  • Some experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, voluntary work) is desirable but not essential.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and classroom support.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Weekly pay between £446.90 - £500, depending on experience and responsibilities.

  • An opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, ideal for those considering a future career in teaching or educational support.

  • The potential for a permanent role within the school.

  • Access to training and professional development through Teaching Personnel.
