School Administrator – Secondary School in Levenshulme

A well-established secondary school in Levenshulme is seeking a School Administrator to join their office team. This full-time position is available immediately, with the potential for a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing student records, attendance, and timetables.
• Handling calls, emails, and front desk enquiries.
• Assisting with school events, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience, ideally in a school setting.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
