Job Title: School Administrator

About Us:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented School Administrator to join our team in a supportive educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support and keep accurate records.
- Communicate well with parents, students, staff, and others.
- Help organise events and activities.
- Manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adapt to changing needs and handle public inquiries.
Skills and Abilities:
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Comfortable using IT, including Bromcom.
- Able to stay calm under pressure and solve problems.
Experience:
- MUST have Previous experience in a school or similar setting.
- Administrative experience with strict deadlines.
- Understanding of safeguarding young people.
- Will need Enhanced DBS Check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
