Job Opportunity: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN & SEMH Support)

Salary: £1500 - £1700 per month

Responsibilities: As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to students with SEN and SEMH challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering personalized support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and providing feedback as needed.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help students overcome barriers to learning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and adapt to the diverse needs of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
