Primary Teacher with Strong Behaviour Management Skills

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our vibrant school community in Cardiff. You will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your expertise in behaviour management will ensure all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons.
- Implement effective strategies to support positive behaviour for learning.
- Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Use assessment and data to inform teaching and track student progress.
- Collaborate with the pastoral team to support student well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in classroom teaching with a focus on behaviour management.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
